This all started with a little dream to open up a café somewhere in Brisbane. With Victoria’s extensive hospitality experience & Tims previous experience in other small businesses, we took the enormous leap when this property became available. 

We watched this space for years, loving the unique architecture of this heritage listed post-war era building. Originally built by A.E. Griffiths as the leading ‘Battery & Electrical Service Station’ in Brisbane in the 1940’s. 

Over the years, this old girl had many uses – A service station, a brothel, a blank function space  and now a tropical jungle themed bar / café!

We’ve designed this space around one of our great loves; greenery! We’ve personally collected over 300 different plants for the space, helping to bring a tropical relaxed vibe to this little pocket of Fortitude Valley.
